Spinach Frittata with Tomato Basil Salsa Recipe

2 plum (Roma) tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup shredded fresh basil
2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
1 teaspoon olive oil

Frittata
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 box (9 oz) Green Giant® frozen spinach,
thawed, drained
8 eggs or 1 container (16 oz) fat-free
2 tablespoons shredded
Parmesan cheese, if desired
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
