Quality service for quality customers at Chelsea Gardens

Founded in the spring of 1999, Chelsea Gardens had one guiding principal, which was to provide a quality service to quality customers. Larry Whitten and Jamey Whitaker set out to be the best landscape management company not the biggest. They decided at the very beginning that word of mouth about their high standards and performance would grow the business better than aggressive marketing. As Jamey says “our happy customers are our best sales representatives” and “they bring better customers to Chelsea Gardens”.
It’s been 9 years and Chelsea Gardens has grown from two men, one truck and a trailer to ten trucks and twenty three employees. And, their 2007 revenues went well over one million dollars for the first time in their business life. 
One of the biggest reasons for their outstanding growth in this past year has been their new partnership with Mike Conner of Conner Grading and Landscape. They came together on a large wall project at George Walton Academy, which was a tremendous success. It was at that time that, Larry, Jamey and Mike realized that they all had the same ideas about quality service and a quality product. Now this new partnership has led to Chelsea Gardens being able to provide a greater level of construction services, such as, walls, fireplaces, bars, grills, patios and anything else for a total outdoor entertainment experience.
Chelsea Gardens prides itself on doing what they say, when they say, while exceeding their customer’s expectations. Whether it’s their attention to detail on all their maintenance client’s landscapes to the quality and craftsmanship of their construction projects, Larry says “they always leave their customers blown away by the end results”.
