Health, Happiness, You is a health and wellness membership program with the goal of empowering people to manage their health and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Annie Copeland, H2U Director at Emory Eastside, points out that many of the h2u activities are centered around popular hospital services. “For example, using our expertise in recognizing signs of stroke and stroke prevention, the h2u program offers seminars, physician lectures and screenings to help people understand how to live a healthy life and avoid such cardiovascular episodes,” says Copeland.
Members also have access to online health tools to record vital health information (blood pressure, cholesterol levels, etc.) and receive a list of suggested health screenings and exams, based upon the member’s personal, family and social health history. This assessment is available at no extra charge to h2u members who pay an annual membership fee of just $15.
More information about the h2u program is available online at www.emoryeastside.com or by calling 770-982-2358.
