What is an Ironman Inline Hockey Tournament?
An Ironman Inline Hockey tournament is a tournament in which teams are comprised of 4 skaters and a goalie. Games last eight minutes and the clock does not stop. There is no off-sides, and face-offs are only conducted to start the game and when the puck goes out of play. Penalties called result in penalty shots to be taken.
In the event of a tie during a game in which a winner must be declared, a three man shoot out will take place. After which, a sudden shoot out will begin. The same player may not shoot twice until all players have taken a shot. All teams should play a minimum of five games.
How Much Does it Cost to Play in an Ironman Tournament?
The tournament is broken down into adult and youth divisions. The divisions include 8u, 10u, 12U, Middle School, High School, Adult, and Master Adult (35+) each player pays $40.00. ($200.00/team)
