Lilburn, GA, May 10, 2010: The City of Lilburn and the Lilburn Woman’s Club invite you to bring the whole family and enjoy an evening or two or three in the park featuring a wide variety of local artists competing for the crown of ‘Lilburn Idol’.
Participants who successfully pass the auditions are divided into one of six categories by age group and then the finalists compete for your votes on the dates listed below. Voting consists of a combination of a talent rating given by a panel of local judges plus audience votes for only 25 cents each. All votes are tallied at the end of the last performance of the night, and the winners are announced that evening. First place winners in each category compete in the Grand Finale on August 6th.

Lilburn Idol III - Friday, July 23rd @ 7:30 pm
Lilburn Idol Finale - Friday, August 6th @ 7:30 pm
In its 7th year now, Lilburn Idol has become an annual event that the whole community looks forward to, offering family fun, food and entertainment while raising money for park improvements. Bring your chairs and blankets and picnic baskets (no dogs please) and vote for your favorite performer. We are looking forward to a great turnout and lots of wonderful entertainment to support this worthwhile community cause.
