What every woman should know about cervical cancer and human papilloma virus

The facts from the Skin Cancer Foundation are staggering. Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States. More than 3.5 million skin cancers in over two million people are diagnosed annually. Indoor tanning increases risk of deadly skin cancer

Despite a link between indoor tanning bed use and an increased risk of melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, 2.3 million teenagers visit tanning salons every year. In the spring, many tanning salon patrons are college students getting ready for spring formals, and high school students gearing up for prom season.
